  Grahame Gibson, Chief Operating Officer and Regional CEO, Americas

  Grahame has been involved in the security industry for 29 years, having joined Group 4’s UK operating company in 1983 as finance director.
  
  Since that time, Grahame has held a number of operational, management and board positions in the UK, USA, Denmark, the Netherlands and Austria.
  
  His broad experience of the security industry and management of businesses across a diverse range of cultures has been invaluable to the group throughout its development. Grahame joined the board of G4S plc in April 2005.
  
  Grahame is a board member of the Ligue Internationale des Societes de Surveillance.

  Jeff Morrow, Chief Operating Officer, Americas Region

  Jeff joined the company in 1999 as Vice President of the Western Region. In 2001 and 2002, he served as the Senior Vice President for G4S Secure Solutions International and was responsible for the oversight of corporate and field operations in 26 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

  In 2012, Jeff became COO for the Americas Region in conjunction with his role as Regional President for Latin America. His primary responsibilities include direct support to country managers to ensure growth and profitability in all of the business lines offered in each of their countries. He also supports G4S’ global efforts in the bidding and operations of several United States Embassy projects.
   
  Jeff holds a B.A. degree from the University of the State of New York, Albany and an A.A. degree in criminal science from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee. He was a Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army and served as a Special Agent with the Army’s Criminal Investigation Command.

  Susanne Jørgensen, Chief Financial Officer, G4S Americas Region

  With major businesses in the United States, Canada and Latin America, the Region has approximately 110,000 employees and more than $3.5bn in annual revenue. Susanne is responsible for all financial matters in the Region as well as mergers and acquisitions, insurance, risk and the Shared Services Department in the United States.
   
  Susanne joined G4S in 1998 where she was responsible for Group 4 Falck’s Reporting, Controlling and Internal Audit activities worldwide. She moved to the United States in 2004 to become the Chief Financial Officer of Wackenhut, which had been recently acquired by Group 4 Falck. She became Chief Financial Officer for G4S North America in 2008 and for G4S Americas in 2010.
  
  Susanne began her career as an economist in Denmark. She then worked for AT&T and Lucent Technologies where she served as manager corporate finance (based in The Netherlands); manager financial services (based in Hong Kong); and, Regional Treasurer Europe, Middle East & Africa (based in Belgium). Susanne attended the University of Copenhagen, Denmark where she earned a Master’s degree in economics and finance.

  Jenni Myles, Chief Human Resources Officer, G4S Americas Region

  Jenni became Chief Human Resources Officer in 2011.

  Prior to joining the Americas Region and relocating to the United States, Jenni was based at G4S Group Headquarters in the UK as the Director of Employee Engagement & HR. 

  Jenni spearheaded the group’s employee engagement and labor relations strategy, and held general HR responsibility for developing markets in Africa, Asia, Middle East & Latin America, as well as the Cash Solutions Division. She joined G4S in 1998, and her extensive experience comes from having previously held HR Director positions in two of the group’s major UK businesses.

  Prior to joining G4S she spent nearly 10 years in diverse HR roles across a variety of business sectors, spanning automotive, FMCG and consulting, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

  Fiona Walters, Chief Communications Officer, G4S Americas Region

  Fiona became Chief Communications Officer for the Americas Region in 2011.
  
  She joined G4S in the United Kingdom in 1992.  As one of the founding team members of G4S' Care & Justice business, she was responsible for business development, communications and project management during the Government outsourcing initiatives in the U.K.

  She was instrumental in the successful start-up of several business lines including prisoner transportation, the UK's first public safety Public Private Partnership contract achieving a 25-year operating concession and leading Offender Monitoring pilots in the UK through to national contracts.

  Fiona moved to the United States in 2002 and was responsible for the operation of the G4S Youth Services and G4S' offender monitoring business which grew ten-fold under her direction.  Ms. Walters has also been responsible for G4S's Government focused major bid activities, delivering contracts that supported organic growth in excess of 35%.  

  Prior to joining G4S, Fiona spent several years in diverse businesses including telecommunications, advertising, publishing and consultancy.  Fiona is a member of several professional associations in the communications and public safety fields.

  Brian McCabe, Chief Business Development Officer, G4S Americas Region

  Brian works with the company’s business units across the Americas to harness the skills and capabilities to build new solutions incorporating leading technology, security systems, and security personnel.

  Brian joined the then Wackenhut Corp. in 2001 as the Chief Information Officer. Brian is also responsible for RISK360™ and SecureTrax® development, implementation and support worldwide.

  Prior to joining G4S, Brian was the Vice President of IT at Diageo and Senior Systems Engineer at GE Aerospace. He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from State University of New York College at Potsdam and a M.S. degree from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

  Marc Shapiro, Senior Vice President, Global Accounts, G4S plc

  Marc is the Senior Vice President, Global Accounts for G4S plc. He is responsible for leading the firm’s Global Accounts effort with a concentration on Americas-based multinational organizations.
   
  He began his career with G4S in 1981. Over his tenure with the company, he has spearheaded marketing, strategic planning, and business development activities, to include U.S. sales. Marc is a member of ASIS International as well as the CSO Roundtable.

  Julie Payne, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

  Julie joined G4S in 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and is currently the Chief Legal Officer responsible for the provision of all legal services to the business units operating in the Americas Region of G4S and all risk and claims management in the United States.

  Prior to joining G4S, Julie held the position of Senior Counsel for Bayer CropScience LLP. Additionally, Julie has worked for Barton Protective Services, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel, and as an Attorney for APAC, Inc., a large construction subsidiary of Ashland Inc.

  Julie holds two degrees from the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Juris Doctor. She is a member of The Georgia Bar and certified as Authorized House Counsel by The Florida Bar. She also serves on the Board of Directors for NASCO, the nation’s largest contract security industry association.
