The nature of the open sea makes it vulnerable and open to attack
Gothenburg port is the largest harbour in Scandinavia linking it to the great shipping routes of the North Sea, and dealing with 43 million tonnes of cargo a year.
When G4S began its work at the port it initially provided a more traditional port surveillance approach, however during the first two years, and with changing legislation, it became clear what was needed was more of a holistic offering.
