In response to false and misleading reports regarding G4S’ personnel involvement in an incident that occurred near Cannon Ball, North Dakota on Saturday, September 3rd, G4S can confirm that:
- The incident that occurred near Cannon Ball, North Dakota on Saturday, September 3rd involved other security providers, not G4S.
- No G4S employees were present or involved in this incident in any way.
- There are no G4S K9s deployed at any location in North Dakota.
- At no time did G4S personnel engage with any #NODAPL protesters near Cannon Ball, North Dakota.
