This suite of applications is designed for building, security and facility managers to drive building systems and provide real-time, interactive communication among building owners, property management, occupants, security engineering, leasing and vendors. All of the applications are fully integrated and powered by a single database, which may also provide an interface to a variety of human resource and accounting/billing systems for single data point of control.
One Facility Plus Incident Management and Reporting is unique in that it is integrated with the G4S security officer’s handheld device, SecureTrax. SecureTrax allows the instant recording and notification of incidents to the appropriate personnel. The SecureTrax incident information is stored in OneFacility Plus for a true enterprise incident management system. Further incident details can be recorded via an Internet connected PC and comprehensive reports can then be generated.
OneFacility Plus replaces the typical manual paper based tasks with the communication, transaction and notification advantages of your intranet or the internet, and is also capable of utilizing wireless technology. All applications are fully integrated and powered by a single database and interface instead of multiple disparate systems and databases.
In addition, OneFacility Plus has server based access control and video management products that are tightly integrated into the Web-based application for seamless administration of cardholders, access privileges and much more.
