Meet the G4S Training Team

ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Since 1993, NATI and Corporate Human Resources have been ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) registered by American Systems Registrar (ASR). G4S is the only security corporation with a corporate university and human resources department ISO certification.

AHA TrainingAmerican Heart Association Corporate Training Center
In 2009, G4S Secure Solutions (USA) teamed with the American Heart Association (AHA) to become an American Heart Association Corporate Training Center. G4S employees are trained and certified to meet client-specific contract requirements of First Aid, CPR, AED and Bloodborne Pathogens by our certified AHA instructors. 

G4S AHA instructors are trained and certified every two years by our Regional Instructors; AHA Training Center Faculty (TCF). The AHA training is also available to our client employees.

G4S North America Business Leadership Program — Cornell University
This program is a 1.5 year intensive and hands-on learning event that is hosted by Cornell University. The objective of this program is to prepare individuals with both the capability and motivation to move into higher management roles at top operational or functional positions at G4S. 

NATI’s Relationship with Institutions of Higher Learning

Thomas Edison State College — chosen for partnership because of the educational opportunities for G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. employees interested in earning a college degree or professional program certificate.

Colorado Technical University — chosen to partnership with G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. because of college degree programs and professional certificates for employees.

The University of Maryland University College regularly reviews NATI’s programs and awards continuing education units (CEUs) and continuing professional education credits (CPEs) to participants. Employees use continuing education credits to demonstrate their commitment to on-going professional development.

The American Council on Education (ACE) — chosen for partnership with G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. because colleges and universities overwhelmingly accept its recommendations — has conducted comprehensive evaluations. ACE continues to audit materials and associated programs developed by NATI with a view towards recommending full college credit for the programs.
