CSAA Five Diamond Certified through The Central Station Alarm Association “CSAA”
The Video Monitoring Support and Data Center   maintains certification with the Central Station Alarm Association under both Operator Levels One and Two training programs.

G4S Remote Guarding Certification 
G4S has established a training program developed by G4S’ North America Training Institute (NATI) aimed at the Video Monitoring Support and Data Center (VMSDC) Operators, G4S Remote Guarding Certification, to ensure operators work in tandem with on-site security staff and local authorities.  All operators have completed the training and are required to do so as part of the G4S continuing education program.
