    Michael Malone, CEO

    Michael became CEO of G4S Compliance & Investigations in 2008, when G4S acquired his company, MJM Investigations, Inc.

    He founded MJM Investigations in 1989 to provide professional and innovative investigation solutions to the insurance industry. He has more than 20 years of expertise in insurance investigations, loss prevention, risk management and security information gathering in both the public and private sectors. 

    Michael received his Bachelor of Science from Trenton State College. He is a well-known philanthropist and regularly volunteers and contributes to numerous charitable organizations around the world. He resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his two sons.

  • Brent Faggart

    Brent Faggart, Chief Operating Officer

    As Chief Operating Officer, Brent is responsible for the organization’s global operations, business finances and analysis, sales and operational planning. He has been with Compliance & Investigations since 1989  and has a diversified background, including insurance investigations, claims adjusting, industrial security and international operations. Under his leadership, G4S has expanded from operating in a single state to a robust international organization.

    Brent has served on the Board of Directors for the Raleigh, N.C., Region of Junior Achievement, an organization in which business and community volunteers provide hands-on economic education for students to prepare them for their future roles as leaders, voters, consumers and employees. A graduate of University of North Carolina-Charlotte in 1985, Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

  • Russ Buchanan

    Russ Buchanan, Executive Vice President Operations

    Russ has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning operations, sales, consulting and product development around the globe. He has launched and integrated several investigation solutions, including life and health services, defense-based investigations as well as the integration of the property unit.

    As a member of the global leadership team, Russ was involved in leading several key and strategic G4S initiatives; Enterprise Investigation Management, ezReferral, Digital Dashboard and the organization's breakthrough Outcome Reporting Platform that is redefining investigative ROI as it is known today.

    Russ has a degree in business management from North Carolina State University, and is currently enrolled in the G4S Global Business Leadership Program.

    Kieran Milne, Executive Vice President Marketing & Business Development

    Promoted to his current position in 2013, Kieran has played a key role in the company's expansion, starting as a Private Investigator in 1996. In 1998, he became Operations and Business Development Manager, and in 2002 assumed the role of Managing Director of the Australian Unit, which he helped transform from a home-based operation to a national organization.

    Prior to joining G4S, Kieran worked as a New South Wales, Australia, police officer for more than six years, gaining expertise investigating violent crimes, prohibited substances, fraud and deception, theft and related offenses.

    Kieran holds a Private Inquiry Agent license as well as a number of professional qualifications. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Policing in 1995 from Charles Sturt University.

    Robert Dodge, Senior Vice President, G4S Corporate Risk Services

    Robert L. Dodge, CPP is a Senior Vice President with G4S Corporate Risk Services. He has been involved in security, investigations and security consulting for more than 20 years and has worked on behalf of many U.S. corporations and their interests globally in actively investigating IP infringements/thefts and cases of corporate espionage as well as developing counter corporate espionage programs for U.S. Multinationals.  

    Robert worked on one of the earliest cases in conjunction with the FBI regarding a foreign national violating the 1996 Economic Espionage Act. He also routinely speaks globally at industry conferences on intellectual property rights and corporate espionage related topics.
