  Michael Malone, CEO G4S Compliance & Investigations

  Michael became CEO of G4S Compliance & Investigations in 2008, when G4S acquired his company, MJM Investigations, Inc.

  He founded MJM Investigations in 1989 to provide professional and innovative investigation solutions to the insurance industry. He has more than 20 years of expertise in insurance investigations, loss prevention, risk management and security information gathering in both the public and private sectors. 

  Michael received his Bachelor of Science from Trenton State College. He is a well-known philanthropist and regularly volunteers and contributes to numerous charitable organizations around the world. He resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his two sons.

  Brent Faggart, Chief Operating Officer, G4S Compliance & Investigations

  As Chief Operating Officer, Brent is responsible for the organization’s global operations, business finances and analysis, sales and operational planning. He has been with Compliance & Investigations since 1989  and has a diversified background, including insurance investigations, claims adjusting, industrial security and international operations. Under his leadership, G4S has expanded from operating in a single state to a robust international organization.

  Brent has served on the Board of Directors for the Raleigh, N.C., Region of Junior Achievement, an organization in which business and community volunteers provide hands-on economic education for students to prepare them for their future roles as leaders, voters, consumers and employees. A graduate of University of North Carolina-Charlotte in 1985, Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

  Russ Buchanan, Executive Vice President, Business Development

  Russ has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning operations, sales, consulting and product development around the globe. He has launched and integrated several investigation solutions, including life and health services, defense-based investigations as well as the integration of the property unit.
   
  As a member of the global leadership team, Russ was involved in leading several key and strategic G4S initiatives; Enterprise Investigation Management, ezReferral, Digital Dashboard and the organization's breakthrough Outcome Reporting Platform that is redefining investigative ROI as it is known today.
   
  Russ has a degree in business management from North Carolina State University, and is currently enrolled in the G4S Global Business Leadership Program.

  Jodi Darrohn, Senior Vice President Human Resources and Marketing, G4S Compliance & Investigations

  Jodi joined G4S in 1999 where she worked closely with executive leadership on marketing and corporate communications.

  Promoted into management in 2001, she led a marketing team that supported employees and managers in Worldwide Marketing, Research and Development. In 2011, she was promoted to her current role as Senior Vice President overseeing all human resource functions, risk management, social responsibility, corporate development, marketing, communications and product development. 

  In 2011, Jodi graduated from the G4S Global Business Leadership Program. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, earning her PHR in 2003. She is a cum-laude graduate of Meredith College with a bachelor’s degree.

  John Erickson, Senior Vice President of National Account Management, G4S Compliance & Investigations

  John has been with Compliance & Investigations for more than 17 years and oversees the National Account Management Team, the foundation of G4S' successful client retention and sales efforts.

  John became a SVP in 2009 after serving as Vice President of Sales. Previously, he served as the Director of Information Technology and Operations Management, where he directed, strategic support and partnering activities.

  John is active in his local community. Prior to G4S, he had a distinguished, 12-year career in Special Operation and Military Intelligence with the U.S. Marine Corps. He is currently enrolled in the G4S North America Business Leadership Program.

  Carl Demarais, Senior Vice President of Technology, G4S Compliance & Investigations

  Carl is responsible for leading the Technology and Software Development division and has been instrumental in leading G4S' evolution as a provider of investigative technology solutions.

  Carl joined Compliance & Investigations in 1999 as an investigator. In 2001, he became the Director of Investigations and relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, to run daily surveillance operations. After several years,he was promoted to Director/AVP of Production and in 2006 became  Vice President of Technology. In recent years, Carl has streamlined applications and support from a global perspective and aligned the efforts of headquarters staff with IT counterparts around the globe.

  Before joining G4S, Carl headed a small property and casualty insurance brokerage firm in Northern New York, where he held licenses for life, accident, health, real estate and property and casualty sales in addition to being a registered representative and financial advisor. Carl holds a science and mathematics degree from the University of North Country College.
