    As President of G4S Secure Solutions North America, Drew is responsible for the growth, client retention and profitability of all aspects of the North American Division.

    Drew joined the then Wackenhut Corporation in 1987 as a Supervisor in the physical security department of the Miami, Florida, area office. In 1988, he was promoted to Manager, Business Development, to General Manager of our Broward County office in February 1991, to Vice President of the Florida region in 1995, to Sr. Vice President of the Security Services Division in 2003, and the position of President in 2005.

    In 2008, Drew was again promoted to President, North America where he has responsibility for Secure Solutions USA, Secure Solutions Canada, G4S Regulated Security Solutions/G4S NSSC, our nuclear services company, and G4S Youth Services.

    Drew holds an Associate of Arts degree in criminal justice, is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and previously served as Chairman for the Private Investigation, Recovery and Security Advisory Council for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Drew serves on the Board of Directors for the corporation. Drew also serves on the Board of the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Foundation.

  • Danny Grizzard

    Danny Grizzard, Chief Operating Officer, G4S Secure Solutions (USA)Add this

    Danny joined G4S in 1993, and has successfully held various positions, including area supervisor, project manager, operations manager, general manager and regional vice president of the southern region.

    He was promoted to senior vice president of operations in 2009 where he was responsible for leading and developing our field and regional management. Danny was promoted to his current role of COO in 2010.

    He is a graduate of Memphis State with degrees in Criminology and Accounting. Danny is a member of numerous prestigious associations to include the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the Native American Law Enforcement Association, and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

    Geoff Gerks, Senior Vice President, Corporate Human ResourcesAdd this

    Geoff joined G4S from The Brink's Company where he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the United States. Previously, he held various executive-level positions, including Vice President of Human Resources for a Division of C.R. Bard Inc. and Corporate Director of Human Resources with Coca-Cola Enterprises.

    He holds a bachelor's of science degree from Georgia College and State University. He leads a staff of 17 Corporate Human Resource and Training professionals.

  • Tim Kendall

    Tim Kendall, President, G4S Regulated Security SolutionsAdd this

    Before taking on his current role, Tim served in the G4S business unit in South Africa as Director of Integrated Solutions.
     
    As Director, he was responsible for leading 16,000 security officers, developing strategic direction, creating new markets and improving business performance.
    Backed by a career as an infantry officer in the South African Army, he has security experience in multiple sectors, including  coal-fired power generation, petrochemical, mining, telecommunications, airports and embassies.

    Tim is a graduate of the Wits Business School in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2006, he was selected to participate in the G4S Global Leadership program.

  • Jean Taillon

    Jean Pierre Taillon, President and CEO, G4S CanadaAdd this

    As President and CEO of G4S Canada, Jean is responsible for delivering Cash, Aviation and Security services and solutions to business clients in Canada.

    Since joining G4S in 2008, he has grown the organization by more than 70 percent, and successfully joined the Cash in Transit and Security businesses to become one $500 million G4S entity. Transforming a guarding business into a successful national security solutions company, Jean has built a sales and solutions culture in Canada, focused on continuous improvement. He has also created a technology solutions portfolio and aligned the business to add value through vertical expertise.

    Previously, Jean was President and CEO of Connexim, reporting to Bell Canada Enterprise, and Vice-President of Bell ICT Managed Services. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto. He is also a designated Professional Engineer.

    Jean is an active member in the community, serving as the President and Chair of the Board of ProAction Cops & Kids, as well as Director of both the Art Gallery of Hamilton and The Canadian Stage Company. In his spare time, he frequently lectures for the EMBA program at the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.

  • Jim Hill

    Jim Hill, President, G4S Youth ServicesAdd this

    Jim joined the G4S executive management team in 2009.

    In his current role, he oversees the company’s financial systems, corporate and operational directives, business development opportunities, contract compliance, quality assurance and case management functions. Jim is involved in legislative sessions, bills, and budgets that may directly impact juvenile justice, and has more than 16 years of experience working toward improving the interests of juvenile justice stakeholders.

    Prior to joining G4S, Jim was the founder and President of Sunshine Youth Services from 2000 to 2009. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Charter Hospital of Tampa Bay, and is a former Board Member of the Tampa Bay Hospital Association.

    Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. He has served as President of the Florida Juvenile Justice Association (FJJA) from 2006 through 2009, and currently serves on the FJJA Executive Board. His experience has advanced committee workgroups in contract procurement, medical and legislative affairs, efficiencies, and others in concert with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

    Jim serves on the Circuit 10 Juvenile Justice Board, the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative (JDAI) workgroup and maintains a strong partnership with the National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD) Center for Girls and Young Women.

  • Rick Connolly

    Rick Connolly, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, G4S Secure SolutionsAdd this

    Rick joined G4S in 2012.

    Previously, he spent 17 successful years at Allegis Group, a multi-billion dollar, world-wide Human Capital Management recruitment company. While with Allegis, Rick took on progressively more challenging assignments that culminated with his serving as President for the Stephen James Associates division that each year exceeded its annual goals. 

    Rick received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting from Wake Forest University.  He has extensive experience and training in situational and organization leadership, negotiations, and team building.
