Veterans are finding work through G4S' participation in the nationwide "Joining Forces" campaign

G4S officers in Rhode Island are featured in this news report from WJAR-TV. The story is one in a series called "Hiring Our Heroes."

Joining Forces, a White House campaign that started last year, is an initiative to hire returning veterans and their family members. G4S joined the campaign at its outset and has committed to hiring 3,000 veterans by the end of 2013.

This isn't the first time G4S has been recognized for its military veteran hiring initiatives. G4S has been named to the G.I.Jobs.com Top 100 Military Friendly Employers® list for three consecutive years. In 2011, G4S ranks 37th on the list.
