John Kenning
Regional CEO, G4S North America

John Kenning
John Kenning joined G4S as CEO for G4S’ North America Region in 2014, bringing with him a proven track record of leading global organizations. Prior to joining G4S, he was Executive Vice President and President, Commercial business for OfficeMax.

Prior to OfficeMax, he was President, North America Commercial for ADT/Tyco Security Services and served as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Global Partners, at Nortel Networks, Inc. John also served as President of the start-up firm, Nanovations Technology, in the photonics industry where he had responsibility for sales, marketing, business development, R&D, manufacturing and distribution.

He began his career at Comdisco, where he rose through the ranks to serve as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the $3.5 billion company as well as President of Communications Capital.

John, a board member for Miami University Advisory Athletic Board and past board member of the Make-a-Wish Foundation, holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Brian McCabe
Chief Innovation and Technology Officer

Brian McCabe
Brian works with the company’s business units across the Americas to harness the skills and capabilities to build new solutions incorporating leading technology, security systems, and security personnel.

Brian joined the then Wackenhut Corp. in 2001 as the Chief Information Officer. Brian is also responsible for RISK360® and Secure Trax® development, implementation and support worldwide.

Prior to joining G4S, Brian was the Vice President of IT at Diageo and Senior Systems Engineer at GE Aerospace. He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from State University of New York College at Potsdam and a M.S. degree from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Susanne Jørgensen
Chief Financial Officer, G4S North America

Susanne Jørgensen
With major businesses in the United States, Canada and Latin America, the Region has approximately 110,000 employees and more than $3.5 billion in annual revenue. Susanne is responsible for all financial matters in the Region as well as mergers and acquisitions, insurance, risk and the Shared Services Department in the United States.

Susanne joined G4S in 1998 where she was responsible for Group 4 Falck’s Reporting, Controlling and Internal Audit activities worldwide. She moved to the United States in 2004 to become the Chief Financial Officer of Wackenhut, which had been recently acquired by Group 4 Falck. She became Chief Financial Officer for G4S North America in 2008 and for G4S Americas in 2010.

Susanne began her career as an economist in Denmark. She then worked for AT&T and Lucent Technologies where she served as manager corporate finance (based in The Netherlands); manager financial services (based in Hong Kong); and, Regional Treasurer Europe, Middle East & Africa (based in Belgium). Susanne attended the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where she earned a master’s degree in economics and finance.

Geoff Gerks
Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources

Geoff Gerks
Geoff joined G4S from The Brink's Company where he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the United States. Previously, he held various executive-level positions, including Vice President of Human Resources for a Division of C.R. Bard Inc. and Corporate Director of Human Resources with Coca-Cola Enterprises.

He holds a bachelor's of science degree from Georgia College and State University. He leads a staff of 17 Corporate Human Resource and Training professionals.

Fiona Walters
Chief Corporate Development Officer

Fiona Walters
Fiona is responsible for business development, strategy, North American outbound sales and G4S'. U.S. Embassy program globally. Her business development responsibilities include improving sales operations, sales performance and driving our cross-selling and up-selling programs. Fiona also works with all G4S' U.S. businesses to build, implement and integrate their strategic plans. As the President for Secure Solutions International, she is responsible for driving quality, consistency, contractual compliance and operational performance for Embassy security programs in 42 countries.

Fiona joined G4S in the United Kingdom in 1992. As one of the founding team members of G4S' Care & Justice business, she was instrumental in the successful start-up of several business lines, including prisoner transportation, the UK's first public safety Public Private Partnership contract achieving a 25-year operating concession and leading Offender Monitoring pilots in the UK through to national contracts.

Fiona moved to the United States in 2002 and was responsible for the operation of the G4S Youth Services and G4S' offender monitoring business which grew ten-fold under her direction. Ms. Walters has also been responsible for G4S' Government focused major bid activities, delivering contracts that supported organic growth in excess of 35 percent.

Prior to joining G4S, Fiona spent several years in diverse businesses, including telecommunications, advertising, publishing and consultancy. Fiona is a member of several professional associations including ASIS.

John Sumner
General Counsel, G4S North America

John Sumner
John was appointed General Counsel for the North America Region in 2014.

Prior to joining G4S North America, John served in a number of roles with the Group, including SVP Support Services and General Counsel of Securicor’s U.S. business, Group Legal Counsel in the Group’s UK Headquarters, and most recently General Counsel for the Asia Middle East Region based in Hong Kong. John completed the G4S Leadership Program in 2010.

After a judicial clerkship, John began his legal career as an attorney with Ford & Harrison LLP in Atlanta and Washington, DC, specializing in labor and employment law. He held in-house legal positions with Continental Airlines and Nations Air Express before joining G4S in 2000.

John holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation.

Sarah Booth
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Sarah Booth
Sarah joined G4S in 2015, having served in marketing leadership roles for both public and private companies. Most recently, she was Vice President of Marketing for a scent marketing company where she oversaw marketing, communications and product development.

Prior to that, Sarah spent several years at ADT/Tyco Integrated Security where she led the marketing services department and spearheaded the multi-million brand transition from ADT Commercial Security to Tyco Integrated Security.

Sarah also worked at Nortel/Avaya, where she led teams responsible for marketing, sales operations and business operations for global accounts and global partners.

Sarah holds a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a dual bachelor’s degree from Salem College in German and International Business.

Frank Cirone
President, Technology Solutions, G4S North America

Frank Cirone
Frank Cirone joined G4S Secure Integration in December 2015, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the technology services, managed services, security and equipment finance areas.

Frank's most recent role prior to joining G4S was President of Wintrust Capital, a division of the Wintrust Financial Corporation, where he launched the firm's technology finance business in the United States. Prior to Wintrust, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Tyco Integrated Security, was responsible for the separation efforts of ADT and Tyco Integrated Security, and led teams in product management, customer/vertical development, innovation, strategy and business development.

Over the years, Frank has held numerous senior management positions, including President of Presidio Technology Capital, as well as Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Velocity Financial Group, a Chicago-based specialty finance company, where he successfully raised $400 million to launch the business.

Frank also spent 18 years with Comdisco, Inc., a technology, IT services integration and leasing company. At Comdisco, Frank held multiple senior-level positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Comdisco's Service and Integration division, as well as various senior management positions in the United States, Europe and Asia where he built businesses in healthcare, telecom and biotechnology industries.

Michael Malone
CEO, G4S Compliance & Investigations

Michael Malone
Michael became CEO of G4S Compliance & Investigations in 2008, when G4S acquired his company, MJM Investigations, Inc.

He founded MJM Investigations in 1989 to provide professional and innovative investigation solutions to the insurance industry. He has more than 20 years of expertise in insurance investigations, loss prevention, risk management and security information gathering in both the public and private sectors.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science from Trenton State College. He is a well-known philanthropist and regularly volunteers and contributes to numerous charitable organizations around the world. He resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his two sons.

Drew Levine
President, G4S Secure Solutions North America

Drew Levine
As President of G4S Secure Solutions North America, Drew is responsible for the growth, client retention and profitability of all aspects of the North American Division.

Drew joined the then Wackenhut Corporation in 1987 as a Supervisor in the physical security department of the Miami, Florida, area office. In 1988, he was promoted to Manager, Business Development, to General Manager of our Broward County office in February 1991, to Vice President of the Florida region in 1995, to Sr. Vice President of the Security Services Division in 2003, and the position of President in 2005.

In 2008, Drew was again promoted to President, North America where he has responsibility for Secure Solutions USA, Secure Solutions Canada, G4S Regulated Security Solutions/G4S NSSC, our nuclear services company, and G4S Youth Services.

Drew holds an Associate of Arts degree in criminal justice, is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and previously served as Chairman for the Private Investigation, Recovery and Security Advisory Council for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Drew serves on the Board of Directors for the corporation. Drew also serves on the Board of the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Foundation.

Gene Kuyrkendall
President, G4S Regulated Security Solutions

Gene Kuyrkendall
As President of G4S Regulated Security Solutions, Gene is responsible for all facets of the business. They include growth, client retention, security operations, budget adherence, CBA negotiations and corporate liaison for RSS’s consulting and technical security solutions businesses.

Before joining the G4S team in 2011, Gene was a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent and member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) where he managed domestic terrorism investigative matters while providing security solutions and technical expertise to external government entities. He was a Committee Chairman within the Regional Domestic Security Task Force (RDSTF) with more than 100 government agencies participating. The focus was on identifying domestic terrorism threats and unifying agencies to share knowledge, resources and solutions.

Gene holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Florida State University and is a graduate of Cornell University’s G4S North American Leadership Development Program.

Kurt Takahashi
President, AMAG Technology

Kurt Takahashi
Kurt Takahashi, former Senior Vice President of Sales, is now President of AMAG Technology. Kurt will continue to drive investment in innovation, technology and operations. AMAG has a unique offering in the industry to provide a complete end to end solution of Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Identity Management, Visitor Management and Incident Management, powered by a robust policy-based platform to help operationalize security to reduce risk, reduce cost and maintain compliance. Torrance, CA, Burlington, MA, Tewkesbury, UK, Dubai and Shanghai, are the five offices which will support the global expansion.

Kurt began his security career in 1995 at Sensormatic Corporation before moving to ADT Security Services where he worked his way up for 15 years to Group Director, Integrated Solutions Sales. Kurt built an advanced services team to lead sales and business development for the Proximex acquisition (Physical Security Information Management software) across all vertical markets of ADT. At ADT, he built a track record of success in sales and sales management, managing revenue and growing revenue year over year.

As Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Quantum Secure (Physical Identity And Access Management software), Kurt reorganized Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams which helped increased global pipeline, sales and year over year revenue growth.

He is an expert in PSIM/PIAM enterprise software and IP based security solutions such as access control, video and intrusion. He thrives on improving processes and strategizing sales and marketing initiatives to achieve results by understanding the customer and how solutions and services can benefit their organization.

Robert Dodge, CPP
Executive Vice-President, G4S Corporate Risk Services

Robert Dodge, CPP
Mr. Dodge joined G4S in 2014 and oversees Corporate Risk Services, where he provides a wealth of knowledge and support to clients across the globe.

Prior to G4S, Mr. Dodge gained more than 20 years of expertise in Security, Investigations, and Security Consulting, including a 14-year career as the International Senior Vice-President at Pinkerton, one of the world’s largest risk mitigation firms. During his tenure with Pinkerton, Mr. Dodge was responsible for managing all International Offices and Operations in Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia along with the Global Supply Chain Security Consulting Division and Global Intelligence Division.

Mr. Dodge’s expertise also includes experience as a Corporate Investigator with global responsibility for a large multi-national high-tech corporation. Additionally, Mr. Dodge worked for a private investigations firm where he provided global investigations and security consulting services for corporate clientele in Silicon Valley. He also served as Vice-President for Securitas Group in Northern California.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dodge has managed and operated on security and investigative projects in more than 60 countries around the world. He also has specialized expertise in corporate investigations as well as risk, vulnerability and threat assessments. In addition to his distinguished career, Mr. Dodge also served honorably in the U.S. Navy.
