G4S Employees Support Stuff a Cruiser

On December 13th, 2017, G4S employees assigned to American International College Campus Police held their 4th annual Stuff-a Cruiser event. We know that there are lots of kids that have benefited from our past events and I wanted to make sure that it continued.”

As with past events, G4S officers manned the collection site and filled the cruiser with tons of toys. Supervisors, Special Police Officers, security officers and dispatchers braved the cold to receive the presents and further engaged the AIC community. Match It! Program Doubles Fundraising to Alleviate Poverty

Every month, Monica Lewman-Garcia, Communications Director for G4S Secure Solutions North America, and her two children do odd jobs for friends and family. They donate the money they earn to Compassion International, a faith-based child advocacy charity that pairs donors with children who suffer from poverty around the world.

Throughout 2017, the Garcias raised $500 in support of a young child named Mafuru in Tanzania. The G4S Match It! program doubled that donation with an additional $500.

"I chose this charity because it is personal. Compassion's core strategy for combating child poverty is one-to-one sponsorship," Garcia said.
