We are pleased to announce Patricia Marmon, Vice President, Employee Relations Secure Solutions (USA), is the Dignity & Respect Employee of the Quarter for 3rd Quarter 2017.

Patti has done an exceptional job coordinating resources for G4S employees affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria. Patti created a "roster" for employees to communicate their safety as well as indicate any needs they may have had or continue to have. She has also implemented ways to provide help and support to Puerto Rico in response to Hurricane Maria. Patti is a champion of Dignity and Respect based on her actions in making sure that all G4S employees and their families had access to resources during these horrific natural disasters. Patti is a role model in her ability to treat all employees with dignity, during trying and difficult times, but also each and everyday.
Patti has been instrumental to the humanitarian effort of the hurricane drives for our G4S employees. Patti held down the fort while we hunkered down for Irma, and has coordinated deliveries of supplies and necessities for our employees who have been stranded. Patti has led the effort to coordinate housing for Houston employees left homeless by hurricane Harvey, and is still working the effort for Maria.

We are also pleased to announce that John Hart, Director, Strategic Accounts Secure Solutions (USA), is the runner up for Dignity & Respect Employee of the Quarter for 3rd Quarter 2017.

John is an incredibly dedicated leader, who always goes the extra mile to help team members. He is very kind and considerate to all, and is true example of a leader who embodies our program. For example, he has volunteered and helped the Disaster Response EOC and filled the needs for our people, staying late and working all of his days off this month. He is a true class act.
